Native to India and China, Hypercium is also referred to as St John's Wort. Originally grown commercially for medicinal properties, Hypericum is increasing in popularity among florists as a decorative plant. In addition to its golden buttercup-like flowers, hypericum’s have berries found in red, brown and orange that look beautiful in vase arrangments. Up to seven commercial varieties can be found, all with different characteristics and all varieties are available throughout the year.
